Who We Help
Children (Age 3+)
We support young children who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them learn healthy ways to express feelings, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Therapy for children often includes play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches.
Adolescents
Adolescence can be a time of significant emotional and social change. We work with teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, school stress, trauma, identity development, family conflict, or emotional regulation challenges.
Adults
We support adults navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges. Our goal is to help adults build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.
