Sliding Fee Program
At Rae of Hope, LLC, we are committed to making mental health services as accessible as possible. For individuals and families who may not have insurance coverage or who are experiencing financial hardship, we offer a sliding fee program based on household income and financial need.
Our sliding fee scale allows eligible clients to receive services at a reduced rate, helping ensure that cost is not a barrier to receiving care.
Eligibility for sliding fee services is determined by reviewing income and household size. Individuals who wish to be considered for the program may be asked to provide documentation verifying income.

Rae of Hope currently accepts MaineCare and private pay. Sliding fee options may be available for qualifying individuals based on financial need.
Sliding Fee Discount Information
It is the policy of Rae of Hope Counseling to provide essential services regardless of the patient’s ability to
pay. ROH offers discounts based on family size and annual income.
Please complete the following information to determine if you or members of your family are eligible for a discount.
The discount will apply to all services received at Rae of Hope and you must complete this form every 12 months or if your financial situation changes.
