Guardian Ad Litem Services (GAL)
At Rae of Hope, LLC, we provide Guardian ad Litem services for children involved in parental rights cases, ensuring their best interests, safety, and well-being are represented throughout the legal process. Services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), bringing a trauma-informed, child-centered perspective to understanding family dynamics, child development, and the impact of adverse experiences.

Our Guardian ad Litem works independently with families, legal professionals, and community providers to gather information, assess the child’s needs, and provide objective recommendations to the court. Through careful evaluation and trauma-informed advocacy, we help ensure that the child’s voice and best interests remain central in court proceedings.

Whether navigating complex family situations or significant changes in a child’s life, Rae of Hope is committed to supporting the court in making informed decisions that promote the safety, stability, and well-being of the children involved.
